Bob's Mill 1-to-1 Gluten Free Flour Muffins!

It's been a pleasant spring day here in Michigan! The sun was shining and I got stuff done! Home Schooling, piano practice and running a business is quite time consuming, but I enjoy all of it! We even found time to test Bob's Red Mill Gluten-free 1-to-1 baking flour. Colin wanted to make some mini pancake muffins, so we just substituted the GF flour in. They were perfect!!

 The recipe was from Six Sisters Stuff. They are mini pancake muffins with chocolate chips!
